Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using NaySahul, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Children and eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use NaySahul. Users under 13 are strictly prohibited. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

3. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION — NaySahul's place of incorporation, to be confirmed], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you additional rights.

4. User-generated content licence

You retain ownership of content you submit (listings, reviews, profile information, messages). By submitting content, you grant NaySahul a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the platform for the purpose of operating the service.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

All listings — food, masjid, housing, schools, and matrimonial profiles — are submitted by users or third parties. NaySahul does not warrant their accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose, and provides the platform "as is" and "as available". Halal certification, accreditation, identity, and availability must always be confirmed directly with the establishment or person concerned.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NaySahul is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. Because NaySahul is a free service, our total liability to you is limited to $0/£0. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Prohibited uses

• Impersonation of any person, masjid, or organization;
• Fraud, scam listings, or financial deception of any kind;
• Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination — see our Community Guidelines;
• Misrepresentation of halal certification status;
• Commercial spam or unsolicited promotional messages.

8. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or the Community Guidelines, with a warning first where appropriate. If your account is terminated, you may request a copy of your data before deletion via our Data Deletion Request page. You may close your account at any time.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NaySahul harmless from losses, claims, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the platform.

10. Changes to these Terms

We will notify you of material changes to these Terms by email and an in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Copyright / DMCA

To report copyright infringement, follow the procedure on our DMCA & Copyright Policy page. Accounts of repeat infringers will be terminated.

12. Quran & Islamic education directory

NaySahul's Quran learning directory is a community information and discovery service only. By using it you acknowledge that:

• NaySahul does not certify teachers, accredit schools, or guarantee educational quality, and does not endorse individual providers unless explicitly stated and supported by a documented verification process;
• provider information (schedules, pricing, programs, credentials) may change and must be confirmed directly with the organization; provider claims are shown as provider statements, not as NaySahul verifications;
• educational explanations on the site are for general learning and are not a substitute for instruction from a qualified Quran teacher or Islamic scholar;
• when you follow a link to register, enroll or contact a provider, you are visiting an external provider whose classes, teachers, pricing, policies, refunds, child-safety policies and privacy practices NaySahul does not control;
• openly licensed resources are used under their stated licenses (see Open Learning Resources & Attributions); "free to watch" content elsewhere is not necessarily free to copy.

13. Hajj & Umrah and travel discovery

NaySahul's Hajj & Umrah feature is a community information and discovery service only. By using it you acknowledge that:

• NaySahul is not a government agency, is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Saudi government or the Nusuk platform, and does not act as a travel agency, airline, hotel, or visa service;
• NaySahul does not issue visas or Hajj permits, does not determine immigration status or pilgrimage eligibility, and does not guarantee admission to Saudi Arabia;
• information can become outdated — prices, availability, packages, licenses and requirements must always be confirmed directly with the provider and the relevant government authority before booking or payment;
• third-party providers control their own services and are bound by their own terms and privacy policies;
• verification badges describe the source and date of our information only — they are not endorsements, and a government registration never means the government recommends a provider;
• you should not rely solely on NaySahul for legal, immigration, or travel decisions.
