Community Guidelines
Last updated: August 2026
NaySahul is a community built on trust, respect, and Islamic values. These guidelines keep the platform safe and welcoming for everyone. By using NaySahul, you agree to follow them.
1. Respectful conduct
- Treat every member with respect. No harassment, bullying, or personal attacks.
- No hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, or any other protected characteristic.
- Content must be appropriate for a family-oriented Muslim community.
2. Honesty and authenticity
- No impersonation of another person, organization, or masjid.
- No fraud, scam listings, or misleading information — in any section of the platform.
- Business listings must be real and accurately described.
3. No commercial spam
- No unsolicited advertising or repeated promotional messages, especially in the Matrimonial and Community sections.
- Do not use the platform to harvest contact details of other members.
4. Halal integrity
- Never misrepresent halal certification status. If certification is claimed, it must be genuine and current.
- Halal-related listings that are found to be false will be removed and may result in an immediate ban.
5. Consequences
Violations are handled progressively, depending on severity:
- Warning — for a first or minor violation.
- Suspension — temporary loss of account access for repeated or serious violations.
- Permanent ban — for fraud, scams, halal misrepresentation, or continued violations after suspension.
Severe violations (fraud, threats, illegal content) may result in immediate removal without a prior warning.
6. Reporting violations
If you see a violation, please report it via the Contact page or by emailing naysahul@sahulshah.com. Include a link to the content and a short description of the issue. We review every report and act on confirmed violations.
