DMCA & Copyright Policy

1. Submitting a copyright takedown notice

If you believe content on NaySahul infringes your copyright, send a written notice to naysahul@sahulshah.com including all of the following (required by 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3)):

• Your name and contact information (email and, if available, postal address);
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
• The exact location (URL) of the infringing content on NaySahul;
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf;
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may not be acted upon, so please include all items above.

2. Counter-notification process

If your content was removed and you believe it was removed in error (for example, fair use or you own the content), you may submit a counter-notification to naysahul@sahulshah.com including:

• Your name and contact information;
• Identification of the removed content and its location before removal;
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification;
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court (or, outside the US, an appropriate judicial body);
• Your physical or electronic signature.

When we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action within 10–14 business days.

3. Repeat infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright will be terminated. NaySahul maintains this policy to qualify for safe harbor protection and to respect the rights of content creators.
