Request deletion of your NaySahul account and all associated personal data.
What gets deleted
Once processed, all personal data, profile information, and activity history associated with your email address will be permanently deleted — including matrimonial profile data and messages where technically feasible.
Legal retention note
Some limited records may be retained where required for legal compliance (for example, financial or regulatory records), only for the period the law requires, and never for any other purpose.
30-day processing
We process all deletion requests within 30 days, consistent with GDPR and the privacy laws of the UK, Canada, Australia, and Malaysia. You will receive an email confirmation when deletion is complete.
