Cookie Policy

1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help a website function and remember your preferences. NaySahul uses a small number of cookies, grouped into three categories below.
2. Essential cookies (always on)
These cookies are required for the platform to work. They keep you signed in, protect against cross-site request forgery, and remember your cookie consent choice itself. Without them, features like secure login cannot work, so they cannot be switched off.
- Session & authentication — issued by Supabase Auth to keep you signed in securely.
- Security cookies — prevent cross-site request forgery and protect your account.
- Consent record — stores your cookie choices and the time you made them.
3. Analytics cookies (optional)
With your consent, analytics cookies help us understand which services are most useful to the community so we can improve NaySahul. If you reject non-essential cookies, no analytics cookies are set.
4. Third-party sign-in cookies (optional)
If you choose to sign in with Google or Microsoft, those providers may set their own cookies during the OAuth flow. We only start a Google or Microsoft sign-in after you have consented to third-party cookies in the cookie banner or in Manage Preferences.
5. Managing or withdrawing consent
The first time you visit NaySahul, a cookie banner lets you Accept All, Reject Non-Essential, or Manage Preferences. Your choice is stored with a timestamp in your browser's local storage together with which categories you allowed.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clearing the "naysahul_cookie_consent" entry in your browser's local storage (or your browser's site-data settings) — the banner will reappear on your next visit. You can also open the preference manager from the cookie banner whenever it appears.
6. More information
